Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 days. During busy periods our dispatch time can be up to 3 - 5 days, but we always try to ensure that items arrive as fast as possible. 

How long will delivery take? 

Standard shipping usually takes around 2-3 days. Our express shipping is usually 1-2 days. However, please note that during busy periods these times may vary. 

Can I have my items delivered overseas?

Unfortunately, we don't currently post overseas from our website. We do however post overseas from our Etsy shop. www.etsy/therustedbumblebee.co.uk

 What if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item please contact us at hello@therustedbumblebee.co.uk. with your order details and we will be happy to assist you. If the item you received is different from the one you have ordered we will arrange a return and/or re-delivery free of charge. 

Can you deliver to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, your delivery address does not need to match your billing address. You can choose where to have your items delivered.
