General questions

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we will send another email to confirm the expected delivery date. 

Can I change my order?

If your item has not been processed for shipping then yes you can make changes to your order. Please email us at hello@therustedbumblebee.co.uk

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you have placed your order, it usually takes 24 - 48 hours to process for delivery.

Where do you ship?

We currently only post to the UK.

How will my parcel be wrapped?

All parcels are wrapped in recycled paper and placed in a box and sealed with tape. We try our best not to use any plastic packaging, but on occasions due to supply shortages, we may have to resort to using plastic. 

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in respect of the following conditions: 

- The item must have been bought from our online store.

- The item should not have been used and in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

- The return request is to be made within 28 days of delivery.

- Return postage costs for exchanges or unwanted items are to be covered by the customer.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we do accept exchanges and follow the same conditions noted above.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of us receiving the package. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase from our website using a debit or credit card. We additionally offer support for PayPal, and Google Pay and can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we currently don't have a physical store.

What is a rusted finish?

The rusted finish is a natural reaction of iron and oxygen which gives each item a completely unique finish. It will change and mature over time adding character and individuality. 

How do I fix/attach my item?

All of our 'push in ground' items are designed with stakes so they can simply be lifted out of the box and pushed into the ground in a place of your choice.

The majority of our 'wall hangings' and 'fence toppers' come with pre drilled holes.

All others items are designed to be simply hung on tack nails. 

Are wall fixtures provided? 

No, we do not provide any fixings with any of our items.
